25.01.2022 Perinatal Anxiety and Depression Awareness week is 8-14 November 2020. In this uncertain it’s more important than ever that we reach out to each other and those that may be struggling. If you know someone with a newborn or who is pregnant reach out, check they’re ok, let them know someone cares and how they are feeling is normal. Perinatal anxiety and depression is nothing to be ashamed of. #PANDAWeekWA
