25.01.2022 I was having a coffee with a friend today who works in the health care field. She was saying one of her clients has a very serious illness who lives in a beauti...ful house that is filled with stuff so much so that her client has to sleep on the couch due to the fact that there isn't any room left in the bedrooms...my question to you all out there is...Do you think there is a correlation between illness and the tendency to not be able to let go of 'stuff...and is it possible to create externally in our environment what is happening within our bodies?? 22.01.2022 I have had a few requests for before and after piccies to be put side by side... This is a classic..I am sure everyone has a plethora of paperwork just collecting cockroaches BUT you NEED to keep it just in case the tax department wants a wee look so here is one solution..scan it onto an external hard drive or put it on a USB, great at space saving and you can get rid of those cumbersome folders and files immediately..less clutter in a few days work

14.01.2022 Decluttering isn't just for our physical space although it is helpful to Sort it and move out the extra stuff, sometimes it is needed on an emotional/mental level as well...What came first, the chicken or the egg?...are we motivated by an emotional/mental urge to Sort it and clear something that is stuck? or physically seeing and maybe stepping over all that clutter? and I guess it doesn't really matter. What we sort and clear on a physical plane cannot help but be transferre...d onto the emotional level as well...Soo give yourself more credence..when we sort our wardrobe or our garage the lasting effects of our Decluttering effort will resonate and flow onto the rest of our life..in fact it cannot not affect the rest of our life.To have a more orderly and organised space can allow us to feel more in touch and allow more flow into our lives. Is it time to Sort it before winter sets in? See more

08.01.2022 ...I discovered I loved to de-clutter a few years ago when a dear friend lost her child and asked me to help her to clear out his room that was exactly as it had been the day he died...several years earlier. We gathered boxes for charity, boxes for friends and a wee box for her to keep of special things. As she began the process of saying goodbye and parting with each item there was a story with almost each item that she needed to tell ..this was and is an important part of l...etting go..it was a cathartic and emotional time for her and as it turned out me too..but it also reminded me of the preciousness of being there for someone who needs support and assistance to let go and be able to move forward..freer and easier into the future...
