15.01.2022 What are you doing in your downtime? Getting some extra sleep in? Getting some special time with family? Wasting your time complaining on social media? Me. I am catching up on some reading. The marvellous history of the Canberra Raiders "Absolutely Bleeding Green", was part of my Christmas present. I played junior Raiders reps as a kid, so to read its history, bought back some great memories. Two other books are on loan from the Guthrey library, and they stir the blood ab...out our complete ignorance of our oldest living continuous people. The truth needs to be continually told. The last one "Velochef" was a book I won as part of the on line climbing version of L’Étape Australia by Tour de France . It has some great recipes so here I hoping come March, there will be a much lighter rider.

08.01.2022 Dear followers and students of the School. Sorry to inform you that will recommence on the 11/1/21 as Adrian has spent three days in the Bega Hilton with suspected Gastro bug. So far, nine litres of fluid and copious tablets (Antibiotics, Endone) a cannula in each arm. Please pass this far and wide to all the SOS students who may not be on this page.... 02.01.2022 And just like that, holidays are over. I have recovered from the dreaded Campylobacteriosis. The platform has been relocated. The IWF bumpers are in place. ... The troll has come out of the hiding spot from the old School. We have some spots open in our strength and mobility groups, as well as one on one personal training spots, so if you think you want to come and have a chat, then reach out.
