Hail had caused damage to the existing polycarbonate sheeting so we removed and disposed of the old sheets and had to have some new sheets custom made to suit the bullnose style of the previous roof. 08.01.2022 Cracked tiles are not a good look in any home. This client felt the same way when he asked us to replace the cracked tiles with new tiles to make the entrance look as good as it use to. We provided new tiles as close to the existing as per the clients request and made it so they were not separated with smaller tiles to give it a more modern look.... 06.01.2022 Here is a removal and rebuild of a deck that had rotten timber joists and bearers. We also used thicker and stronger material which enabled us to remove support posts from underneath to create more storage room the decking boards were Merbau which is a hardwood and looked brilliant once cleaned and stained. We also repainted the ceiling, balustrade, cladding and posts to make the whole outside area of the house look new and refreshed.

Clients requested an alternate timber that would not have to be maintained as often as the previous timber that was installed. There was also surface rust on the balustrade that had to be removed so we grinded the rail back to bare metal and applied rust guard. ... We sourced composite timber handrails from @grmbiowooda and cut and installed all the handrails for 5 units in one day on site.
