20.01.2022 Hi everyone, I had hoped to continue Dancing Free and Soul Dance classes with suitable precautions. However, it is clear that events have overtaken us and it is no longer appropriate to meet together. Thus classes are in recess until it is safe to resume. Thank you for your attendance - I have enjoyed it greatly and trust you have too. Do continue to get regular exercise to keep your body and spirits in good shape.... I plan to send an Email message from time to time with some dance inspiration to keep your mirror neurons firing and thus help maintain your well-being. (Mirror neurons in our brain are triggered when we watch others in action, and as a result, WE EXPERIENCE the same action and feelings as we watch. So if you watch a dance video, you will get similar benefit as if you actually danced yourself. Curious?
