05.01.2022 Look out!!!! Soul Impact PT has an exciting announcement to make. We are only 2 and a bit months away from a new and exciting 2020 school holiday program for teens. Whats unique about this program is that its more than just physical fitness, mental fitness (mindfulness, emotional intelligence, value analysis, gratitude, resilience and more) will be included throughout. This will be a program for teens to grow their confidence, meet new people, learn new skills, overcome challenges, develop coordination and grow themselves as citizens. This program kicks off in early January and will be approx. 3-4 hours (10am-2pm) each day. For further information, please feel free to contact me.
