We were forced to modify instantly our habits and discover a new norm for work, school, and living. We learned social distancing, developed home/work routines, implemented Zoom and Team meetings. We are repeatedly washing our hands, and people wear masks to protect themselves, family members, peers, strangers. But through this collective experience, we’re all disco...vering a new strength. Community values are shining through in beautiful ways. Or, We can put ourselves down, criticise every action or decision we make, and then... unable to leave our bed, start our day or think, how can I be in charge of my life? But, yes! You're in charge of your life so, live it, dream it and do your best every day... even if you do not feel it today.... I always say; If you put Good out in the world, Good will come back to you, some people name this as Karma, from my personal experience, exist and it works, powerfully. It happens, as it happened to me when I said to you if you had taken any of my Reiki Sessions or Crystal Therapist Sessions I understand YOU. It is not a part of a psychological study, I have been there, I know how that feels, and I have experienced it myself, HOW POWERFUL THE HUMAN MIND IS. Dr Joe Dispenza states We have three basic stresses. We have physical stress, like accidents, injuries falls or traumas. We have chemical stress, like bacteria viruses, hormones in foods, heavy metals, hangovers and blood sugar levels. And then we have emotional stress, like family tragedies, loss job or finances. All of those things knock our brain and body out of balance. If you’re reading my words and today, you could not get out of bed, please smile yes, sounds crazy but listen; Smile, Dream, Jump, Feel Gratitude and then the reason will come, it happens. Trust me. We’re magnets, we attract to our life what we put in our minds, so be very careful at what you are thinking on this precise moment because unconsciously it’s what you are attracting to your life the energy you’re giving out there, eventually will come to your life. Create a bubble of love around yourself, even if you could not brush your hair today, look yourself at the mirror and say: I love You! And FEEL it, feel that love in yourself, recognise that you will be doing your best today, and tomorrow and after tomorrow. Dream, that you got the job of your dreams, and FEEL it, that sensation of satisfaction and ectasis of conquering what you have been dreaming for. Energy follows what we put in our hearts too, for this reason today! Do not forget to love yourself, and tomorrow and after tomorrow. I know this because I have been there, from my personal experience, nor from a book or a quote I read on the internet. There are many possible negative things that can happen to us in a day _ from the little things like coffee spilling, being caught in the traffic, losing our keys to the bigger mishaps like getting into a car accident, losing our valuables, breaking up from a relationship or losing our jobs... Whenever something bad happens to us, it’s easy for us to slip into one of these behaviours: Self victimisation/ Reacting with anger/ Self blame/ Slipping into depression/ Giving up.
