22.01.2022 This one is something that the majority of my life I *didn’t* do. I spent years belittling, berating, criticizing and putting myself down. Not in every instance, but A LOT! The point I am at now is probably the biggest contributor to the overall peace I feel....just being nice to me. So simple. It really has made life so much easier, but it took a lot of work.... I know we see this message a lot, but sometimes we don’t even realise how we speak to ourselves in a way we would never speak to others. Have a think about it? Could you be kinder to yourself?

20.01.2022 As much as Im a beach gal through and though, I love mountain time and flowing rapids. Movement of ANY water has to be my most favourite sound on earth (from ocean waves to rapid rivers to fountains to washing machines to jacuzzi jets to rainstorms to my scalding hot showers) - I simply cannot ever get enough. Whats your favourite sound?

18.01.2022 Hi Im Kristyn. When Im not filling my heart up in Kinesiology sessions I can often be found outdoors with dogs. I was recently asked what my hobby was and I said laying on the grass and cuddling doggys. Dogs or cats?



17.01.2022 My favourite place to be is near the sea & the peace it brings. Thanks to all the work Ive done on myself the past few years and especially through Kinesiology and the Mind Body Connection, Ive found my way to bring that feeling of peace with me even if Im not near the ocean.

16.01.2022 For a long time my dreams werent specific. We sold our house and all our belongings in Canada 4 years ago. All we really did was follow our curiosity and see where the road led. When I started this path in Complementary Medicine it felt like everything before had led me on this route. And now Im still making dreams happen. Just more specific ones.... I hope you do too. 15.01.2022 Good things do take time. Ive noticed on my own Kinesiology journey steps forward & then steps back, followed by leaps forward & even falling flat on my face. But with persistence and self-responsibility Ive never felt more ME! - totally in my element.

15.01.2022 *YAWN FACE* I used to feel so tired and groggy in the morning. I used to get an afternoon energy slump, asking Is it bedtime yet? And then I used to stay up late because I wasnt tired at all. Not getting enough sleep & then waking tired (each morning silently declaring I would go to bed early that night and subsequently NOT doing that at all). Then through Kinesiology I learned of the stagnation and deficiencies I held within me that were contributing to my tiredness.... Now I am happy to say I wake refreshed, skip any afternoon energy slumps & get appropriately tired at bedtime. Still working on going to bed early but the changes in my energy are insurmountable. 09.01.2022 Thanks to COVID the last in-person group event I personally got to attend (and volunteer at!) was @sevensistersfestival festival in March just outside of Melbourne. Fast forward to this weekend...and I’m tickled pink to be featured as a Practitioner in the largest Women’s Wellbeing Festival in the World happening October 16-23rd allONLINE. Lockdown hasn’t slowed me down & I am so beyond thankful for the technology that has allowed me to continue the work I am so passionate a...bout virtually and have now done over 100+ sessions during the pandemic. 08.01.2022 Did you know we incorporate a lot of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) into our sessions. These gems of wisdom that have been around for thousands of years along with western medicine practices allow for a really unique skill set! So thankful for all the knowledge Ive gained and am able to use.

07.01.2022 Don’t believe everything you F E E L ! It’s the meaning we ascribe to these feelings. So next time you have a feeling you don’t like, close your eyes, feel where you feel it in your body & allow it to run its course rather than attaching thoughts or words to it. Trust me on this!

03.01.2022 Ive had my share of bad days. There was a point in 2016 when I couldnt see an end to them and they were all I focused on. After speaking with someone who had a negative spin on every topic, it made me reflect on what we choose to focus on. Now, when the yuck days come I welcome them with open arms and let them be for as long as feels right.
