16.01.2022 I haven't had a lot of sleep recently. I have a 3 month old baby and my 2 year old is getting up a lot at night. The ongoing tiredness makes me feel stressed around every day things and brings up feelings of anxiousness which makes it hard to relax. Whilst it's wonderful we can all get out and about more I will just be keeping things quiet and close to home until I can get some better sleep. It's my own personal experience that prompted this blog post.
