14.01.2022 In 2019 I ran the first Make Music Day event to officially happen in Adelaide, it was also the event that launched the Ukulele Dream Girl. I was a heart explodi...ng night of music and community. When COVID hit I had no idea how I could recreate that feeling, then on the June long weekend (yep 2 weeks ago) I found my inspiration. "Why not invite artists to go live on social media to play some music and share how theyre feeling" I put the call out on Monday afternoon and by Friday I had 20 acts register to share either a performance or run a mini workshop and had recruited an incredible team to truly level up my vision... Together we have accidentally created an 8.5 hour music festival that is built on love and gratitude with everyone donating their time and most of us inviting you to contribute to a charity.
