05.01.2022 We currently have spikes occurring in the Schumann resonance. Combined with the very emotional energy of our New Moon in Cancer yesterday, this can be causing y...ou to feel overwhelmed, extra anxious, angry or really sad and upset at present. You may find your buttons being pressed more easily than normal. It can also be triggering ascension symptoms like headaches, more pronounced aches in the body, dizziness, buzzing ears, third eye aches, more dreams plus interruptions to sleep. Time to try and slow down and breathe. Ground yourself by getting outside or take a salt bath. Meditation and rest are ideal right now. Plus make sure you are drinking enough water as your body tends to need it during these shifts. We are heading for a big energy portal on 8/8/2020 which is called the Lions Gate. The energy has started to build towards this portal, so know we will likely have more of this type of thing in the coming weeks. Try to pace yourself in those things you need to do, and be gentle on yourself and those around you.
