15.01.2022 Let’s Rejuvenate What’s happening for you right now? How are YOU feeling? It’s a time of confusion and anxiety for many. Trying to make ends meet perhaps. Worrying about family, job, paying rent and all the many bills that keep coming. I would like to do my bit. I’m offering free activities to balm the soul, bring peace to the mind and comfort the heart. ... For an hour each day from Tuesday, 26th May at 10.00 am I will be providing meditation, visualisation, SoulCollage(r), and other activities via zoom. All at no cost. Finishes Sunday 31st May. Give yourself a gift, give yourself time to breathe, time to relax and revitalise. If you would like to join me, just respond by sending your email so I can send you an invite to the zoom gathering. 13.01.2022 I asked my SoulCollage cards how can I help in this time of global anxiety and concerns I Am One Who has years of experience behind me. I have grown over a long period of time. Yet I am still sprouting new growth, new ideas, new ventures. There is vitality and strength in me bound together by wisdom. I answer to your question I say: show others by your example that there is much to be learned at this time. Do not stay in old patterns that no longer serve you. Move out into new adventures, move freely and stay in the natural flow of your energy.

10.01.2022 What an amazing time I have just had. Spent today with a wonderful group of women as they learned the basics of acrylic pouring. It was such a joy for me to share their excitement and wonder as they expressed their unique individual creativity in this one-of-a-kind artwork. They had fun playing with paints, various techniques and enjoying a relaxed day. I loved teaching them. Thank you all for attending. You are a wonderful group. What will we get up to next time?
