21.01.2022 What a gorgeous day! I know everyone loves the sun but the rain is just as powerful to help cleanse and clear. Throw open your windows and let the crisp air float through your house, gently clearing any energy. When you're ready, open your front door for 5 minutes and let it all out! Then, take a seat by a window, rug up in something warm and just take a few minutes to breathe and listen to the rain fall. Imagine all of your stresses, worries and fears just melt away in those moments. You'll feel the difference after if you let yourself. Happy Friday my loves x

16.01.2022 Good Morning my loves and Happy Monday! What a tidal wave of emotion and energy this lock down has been. It has been exceptionally quiet here as I have intended to be able to move Soul Element Healing to a new place. Once we have the nod to start opening up, you'll find me in a new location! ... I am so grateful to all of you who loved the old space and I hope you will all love the new space just as much, if not more. I made the choice to move because I felt that I could no longer continue to grow and expand both personally and professionally in such a small space and it was important to me that I continue to do that for myself as well as all of you. So here I am, ready to open a new chapter. I am excited and hopeful that you will all grow with me as it's my greatest blessing to see you all succeed beyond your pain, your fear and your limitations. I promise we will be seeing eachother again as soon as possible! Much love beautiful souls x

07.01.2022 The importance of ritual and self care... No! This is NOT my bath tub. I WISH it were though! Although the intention is just the same. So many of you lovely souls have been reaching out lately and as a collective, I know we're feeling the same. Lethargic, drained and uninspired. ... A great remedy for this is a bath, a shower or even just a foot soak. You know how cleansed and free you feel after a day at the beach? Salt water is naturally energetically cleansing and we can copy this at home! Fill your tub, pour in some epsom salts or pink himalayan salt, a few drops of your favourite essential oils (dont forget to blend them with a carrier oil first!) light some candles and let this magical combination clear your energy. You can copy this process for a foot soak quite easily as well. If you have a shower, mix some salts in hot water, drop in your essential oils and soak a face washer in the mix. Then cleanse your body with the face washer and pour the remaining mix over yourself when done. The key to all of this is to see the water washing and clearing your energy and seeing all of that stagnant energy flow down the drain. This is a really beautiful ritual to be recreated as often as you like. What essential oils do you love to blend in to this practice?
