25.01.2022 A beautifully detailed review of a long-distance energy treatment I did for Lisa I really enjoyed my distance healing with Charissa. Before the session Charissa gave me very clear instructions on how to get myself prepared for the healing, we set a time and began. Initially i didnt notice much but the further into the session we got i started to feel extremely relaxed. Generally this would have me falling asleep but i managed to stay awake for the entire 40 minutes wh...ile maintaining a deep level of relaxation. During that time i experienced a few different 'sensations' or 'visualisations' and after the session Charissa was able to explain what the significance of these experiences were, which all made a lot of sense to me. Suprisingly, in the post treatment discussion, Charissa mentioned she had 'felt' tightness in my upper back and chest, which i had been experiencing in the week prior to the treatment. I had not mentioned this to her before the session. Even though i was conscious it was there it had not been something i addressed and Charissa was able to bring this into my awareness through the treatment and post treatment discussion. Overall i really enjoyed my distance healing with Charissa and would definitely recommend her if you are looking for an intuitive, compassionate and very thorough healer. ~ Lisa Asoska

24.01.2022 A beautiful, positive response to a first time energy session My first ever energy treatment was amazing. I wasn't sure what to expect as I've never had it before, but you made me feel super comfortable and explained the process and what it would involve. During the treatment I drifted away, I can't even tell how long the session was! I'd been feeling a lot of stress at work, and it felt like this left me during and then after the treatment. I haven't really experienced anything like it before, but I'm going to include this in my life from now on because I really felt like it helped me release stress and tension and then keep it away! There are lessons to be learnt for your Soul’s progression and some of the steepest learning curves lie within the relationships we have with others.... Sometimes these relationships are here for the long-haul... other times it’s only meant to be temporary... But have we TRULY let go? Energetic bonds are created with these people. So even if you do separate... although you may part ways physically, energetically you can still be connected. Its a tide of emotion that cannot be expressed in words... But through the universal language of feeling... Take note of whats not making you happy or what will make you happy and ACT upon it. CREATE CHANGE... Our Souls are taking part of this human experience to develop as spiritual beings... So without action we will never learn because we are just existing and not truly LIVING. All it takes is one step forward to forge the beginnings of a new path. If you reach an obstruction, push through it or take a step in another direction for it's not a dead end but a detour to where you are meant to be. Each obstruction is a lesson to be learned...
