02.01.2022 So you're out for a walk and find this......amazing find but a little sad to know this fella didn't quite make it. This was found between Merbein and Mildura o...n a track near the river only yesterday! You can make it count though and just like Brooklyn take a photo and a note of the location then post it to the TurtleSat website (if you do it from your phone you can use your location for mapping). Research is being done on turtles along the murray river and this is how you can contribute! Alive, not so alive, adult, juvenile, nest, skeletal or egg remnants can all be documented and its REALLY easy! Go to the start mapping button and fill in the information on the left side menu and drag the map pin to the location you found the speciman.
