24.01.2022 What a beautiful memorial for Charlie. Its timely for me as this week we have had some serious health issues with our own Charlie girl. Im sure she will make a full recovery. The death of a pet is as difficult as losing a family member for many of us. Honour them. Grieve for them, and remember if you are unable to sit with them when their time comes, I will be their family.

23.01.2022 I have this book in order and am so excited to finally be getting my own copy. This lady is the bom diggety.

23.01.2022 We have so much to learn. I would love to be taught.

23.01.2022 This is a great mini guide of what to expect as death becomes closer. I was tempted to remove the paragraph regarding calling a mortuary as that is not an essential step, but decided to simply keep reminding people that part is optional.

21.01.2022 So much thanks to Alua for her incredible way of getting our message out there. And for introducing me to this dude.

21.01.2022 This is an article I would recommend we all read. Have the conversations whatever your situation is. Things can change in a heartbeat and sharing love is never a mistake.

20.01.2022 The younger we start these discussions the better for everyone.

20.01.2022 Love me by letting hands touch hands...

19.01.2022 This is such a beautiful sharing of a home vigil and funeral, and shows how natural and filled with love this time can be. Much thanks to Snowys family and friends for allowing us to share.

19.01.2022 It doesnt get worse than this. Thats exactly when small acts can make a huge difference. Kindness goes a long way, and when coupled with tools like Gather My Crew the benefits are magnified.

17.01.2022 I found an absolute shift in my heart when I realised that grief is the truest testament of love. We grieve and we rejoice.

16.01.2022 Dying To Know Day is coming up on the 8th of August, Australia wide, and I am pleased to be involved with an open discussion event on that day at a private event. I will also have details available next week regarding a public Death Die-A Logue morning tea you are welcome to attend. If you would like to be involved and host your own Death Over Dinner event to start talking to friends or family, please get in touch as I have two dates available that week. Talk is cheap. Free even. And so very freeing.

15.01.2022 Heres a little bit of history.

15.01.2022 So many stories to be told and memories to be shared.

13.01.2022 "Exploring our own hurt, allows us to build an empathetic bridge to the pain of others".

12.01.2022 Well done Jimmy and big thanks for encouraging the talk.

11.01.2022 I have always believed this, and I am very grateful for the beautiful way Grief & Grits has expressed it. Please have a think about this concept and may it bring you some comfort.

11.01.2022 So beautifully said. Thanks to The Cosmic Dancer

10.01.2022 I think this just may be the very best guide to visiting with the dying that I have read. So much good advice. The gift of you is a wonderful thing to share.

08.01.2022 This is something I would love to work on.

07.01.2022 Suicide will probably touch most of us in some manner, and the language we use can have such an impact at this time. I hope the following article may help guide through the early days.

07.01.2022 This is important. Love at the end is vital for our animal friends too

07.01.2022 I love the idea of drifting away hearing my family and friends chatting and laughing together, music of all kinds playing (except those few songs that I cant handle) and the birds outside doing their bit too. What would you like to hear?

07.01.2022 See you next time.

06.01.2022 This is a brilliant idea and a wonderful tool. Harness the incredible power of all those who want to help and simoly dont know how.

06.01.2022 People want to help. Are generally happy to help but dont know what to offer. There are ways to make this much easier.

06.01.2022 Please dont stay away because you dont know what to say. Dont over think it. Just being there is a great start.

05.01.2022 It would be wonderful to see this in Australia.

05.01.2022 What a stunningly beautiful and powerful, though heart wrenching, photo. It says a lot about our changing world that this has won this award. Amen.

04.01.2022 Youre allowed to grieve.

02.01.2022 Beautifully said by Going with Grace-End of Life Planners. There are lots of choices. Your choices. But your choices are only likely to happen if other people know what they are. Talk about it

01.01.2022 The Perth Deathcare Collective I am so proud to be part of, is launching our first public event on the 8th of August as part of Dying to Know Day events all over Australia. Talk to me if you would like more info, otherwise grab your free ticket and come along.
