18.01.2022 Hey guys! Thank you so much for continuing to follow soulful. As most are aware Melbourne being in stage 4 lockdown is quite intense. I haven’t had the passion and drive to prepare food and sell it - especially whilst most people around me are jobless and I wouldn’t want to charge for food at this stage. I do plan on revamping and going hard once things start to lift down here. But as you can imagine it’s a bit of a sad time down here in Melbourne and Mornington peninsula. I ...thank you all for staying with me and I appreciate the support and kind words. My heart is with everyone suffering from the implications of lockdown and my heart is with anyone sick/jobless/stressing over money/ lonely etc. if anyone wants to chat about absolutely anything, I’m here always. 13.01.2022 Hey guys! Hope you’re all keeping well and us Victorian’s enjoying the taste of freedom! I haven’t been using this Instagram lately but I would love to start putting up pics and recipes again. I’ve been eating raw vegan for the past week and it has been the best thing I’ve done for myself! I definitely suggest drinking juice daily and eating as many fruit and veggies you can throw into your meals. First pic is a tasty dehydrated (juice pulp) wrap, with avo, cashew cheeze..., shredded cabbage, dehydrated nut balls and homegrown amaranth sprouts (super easy and fun to grow I got seeds from Bunnings) second pic is my yummy pizza, with a raw marinara sauce, kale, olives, tomatoes, chilli, cashew cheeze with a salad of shredded veg and light lime dressing and the last pic is just another wrap with the same sauces and salads!
