The theory is that your hair is a regular part of the nervous system, which means it passes in messages you get from the outside directly to your brain. Have you ever had a really bad year, or stage in your life where all of a sudden a epiphany arises and you decided to take the leap and chop your hair off? And then once you have your haircut you almost feel like the that negativaty has been chop away? Whether there is any merit to this is don't know, I do know it's an interesting thought and if it makes you feel good then I'm one happy lady

So my PSA for any teenage person who is thinking about colouring your hair for the first time please don’t do it yourself, balayage is not easy to do! It’s not as simply and the package said chocolate brown so it’ll work out that way. Do you research and go to a salon you trust. Damaged hair can take yearrrrrssss to recover!

Whilst 2020 will be remembered for many reasons, I will remember it for the opening of Soul and meeting so many new wonderful, amazing clients.
