14.01.2022 I absolutely love keto, but always felt something wasn't right. I went keto in Oct last year and was very strict to the point of counting caleries in the app. Salmon, butter, spinach, broccoli, onions, tomatoes and small amount of blueberries and strawberries. I would make almond meal bread and even made all our meals from scratch.The only diary I had were eggs, cheese and butter, then in feb I actually had quite bad sinus and blocked and my inflammation levels were high to ...the point I snore. so then I got onto a few potions & herbs, I gave up the cheese stevia home made choc and went back between the bloodtype diet without the grains my joints were sore expecially behind my knees. Finally I went for a lymphatic massage after feeling my lymphatic system was so blocked. I then had a hair test, well my suspicions were correct a few of my main foods on my avoid list were butter brococli, tomatoes, onions, stevia, blueberries and strawberries. I'm now on an elimination diet so I can heal and hopefully inspire others. 12.01.2022 Hi everyone I thought I would share a liittle of my story. I had my second lymphatic massage and pulse session yesterday from Chelsey plus a hair test, hubby had the massage and pulse too. Lymphatic health is something I have always been interested in. It's been 21 years since I had cataracts and when I started my health journey. From not going to the toilet for my longest of 2 weeks & been diangnosed with hashimotoes, under active thyroid and mercury toxidity to the right l...obe of the brain.Through all this it has been my intuition that has got me through. I always knew that no one knows our body more than us. It took me along time to pluck up the courage to say to my local doctor I don't give a shit what you say but I will prove my thyroid is under active. (He looked at me like I was an idiot) I just needed the tests to confirm so I could start the road to healing. It's been 10 years that the above was confirmed, trying different diets from paleo, wheat and diary free, blood type and finally keto which made me gain weight plus a blocked lymphatic system, achy joints and snoring. Been in the desert added as it was to hot to walk. Yesterday I got my hair test back alot of the foods I didn't eat but some I had used more through been in the desert as there was lack of fresh. Now I serious recommend the hair test and lymphatic massage the gloves the cream and anything else you need. These were the few main foods I ate on keto only small portions but they all came back on my avoid list. blueberries, strawberres, broccoli, onions, tomatoes & butter and stevia with my cocao drink. Now who would think that these foods would cause most of the above? Not to mention after coming out from the desert in feb for a break I felt suicidal. I really love how I instantly connected with Chelsey on FB and knew that she was a piece of the puzzle to really finally heal. Thanks again Chelsey I truely feel Blessed that we connected. 11.01.2022 Welcome to my page I hope you all have a nice relaxing Xmas after a crazy year. I'm so excited to be offering some face to face sessions next year in the Gold Coast Hinterland. After being off the grid for almost 2 years I 'm feeling a calling to be of service. We have plans in place to finally be setting up our home in the GC hinterland.
