24.01.2022 I used to live a simple life and ended up convinced I might be missing out on something. The claims that technology and fitting in and being in the modern world would somehow make my life easier... But it didn't... Not in the slightest. It, in fact, made my life more expensive, complicated, frustrating and took away a lot of time I used to spend being calm, peaceful and with my loved ones. I've now gone back to a simpler life, happier knowing that I don't have to think about ...anything other than my own integrity and not other's judgements. That I'm contributing less to over consumption and pollution of our planet, our home. That I know now, for certain, that there truly isn't anything missed once the burden of material fascade is lifted and a deeper relationship with myself, my loved ones and my home is the priority. I'm now free again. Now I'm real. Now I'm me. Now I can breathe gently.

Rather than see it as an obstacle, in reality, this is simply an ordinary life task, to overcome, expand, grow into who you were born to be.

Not everyone can or knows how but if someone is actively trying to deny you, belittle or degrade you, mentally, emotionally or physically, that is their invitation for you to kick them to the curb or walk away. They're not your people and only taking up space for those you deserve in your life. You have zero obligation to please them
