03.01.2022 Hi all, this post is in response to recent concerns regarding the vegan/gluten-free-friendly aspect of our business: As you may have heard, the original owners of Soul Kitchen Bakery have moved on. We are very thankful for the opportunity to take ownership of the bakery, and for the opportunity to keep the Soul Kitchen brand alive. With this new ownership, however, the business model of Soul Kitchen Bakery will be changing slightly. This involveson top of selling vegan and g...luten-free productsselling non-vegan and non-gluten-free products. We understand that this is upsetting to some who have always seen this place as a safe space for vegans, coeliacs and others with allergies, but we want to assure you all that it still is a safe space. Everybody is loved and welcome at Soul Kitchen Bakery and we hope to satisfy every customer. We still have a very large, tasty variety of vegan and gluten-free options. Our procedures to avoid cross contamination have been reviewed and approved by established gluten-free bakers. We also are very conscious of where our ingredients/products are sourced from (organic, Australian farmers), to ensure that we are as environmentally-friendly as possible.
