14.01.2022 This is my meditation for today. My meditation for every day of this life. . We may not believe we are an active part of racism and injustice, but inaction caus...es serious injury. It’s high time we wake up to this. . This is a slide from a course called Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul. When I displayed it yesterday to my students, I stopped and simply took the words deeply into my bones. . Complacency and comfort are an easy path. It’s too easy to blame the bad people. It’s too easy to say we will do something and never actually do it. It’s too easy to buy the books and never read them. It’s too easy to busy ourselves with our purpose. . I’ve read these words again and again. The words of my Teacher. And I won’t stop reading them until . . .I no longer see ANY part of myself inside of those letters and the concepts they point to. 02.01.2022 Who here has lived through difficult experiences in life and are greatly grateful for each one of them? I have also lived similar experience as Dr Vanessa! And yes... Gratitude for living the GOOD, the bad and the ugly... My take is...... We are like a jewel! A Diamond! Some big, some small... With many different facets that are "waiting" to be polished to be even more beautiful... And the "work" on YOUR diamond is the most rewarding one.... As you make the gentle effort and choose to work on one facet at the time.... polishing it until YOU believe it is BRILLIANT enough Sometimes we need a break... Depending on how rough your diamond is... Or how big... To then come back and keep "the work" going.... And as I say... Opportunities to polish and " clean" your diamond are never ending... The bigger the diamond... The increase in work you have to do... The higher value it has... And the best part... It shines to give and share more brilliance (not sure if it a real word in English ) I AM here for you. I AM busy polishing my own diamond... And I will always do my best to be of service and To facilitate you to learn to polish your own Let's allow ourselves and others to be the raw diamond, or the half polished, or the finished ones... Remember, we are all diamonds! And each one has to choose to work on its own diamond... With or without help...
