09.05.2022 Our clay classes are very popular. We love them! These are for Grade 1's to teens. We have adult classes coming up too - please register your interest even if you can't make our advertised times. We are always happy to find new times to gather for creative endeavours!

03.04.2022 Hello soulmakers! Sadly a couple of our jewellery making friends are no longer able to attend the fabulous silversmithing workshop this Sunday 31st March with silversmith JILL DYER. The good news is we now have a couple of free spaces! $180 for all tuition, equipment, food and great company! Silver used will be weighed at the end of the day and paid for separately. 8.30am to 5pm 123 Campbell Street, Toowoomba. Beginners and experienced silversmiths welcome. 14.03.2022 We are so lucky ... Jill Dyer, a beautiful craftswoman and just beautiful person is coming to Toowoomba to share her maker skills. She is a distinguished silversmith with an impressive CV!!! Please join us for a great day! Spaces already filling before we have had a chance to go public so save your space. Jill is happy for people to come along as beginners or more advanced silversmiths. She will cater for everyone's needs. If you've never done it before you are in for a treat ... Remember, soulmakers is as much about the feeling we want you to have about yourself and the process of making as it is about skill development and production X

A mix of ages, extroverts, introverts, mothers and daughters, long time friends and new ones made while making! A privilege to be part of it all. We always feel inspired by people's new ways of thinking about design, colour and process. We teach a technique and from there the possibilities for individual expression and experimentation are limited only by your mind:) P.S. we are experimenting with our own natural dyes ... the purple coloured raffia we dyed with raspberries!

17.01.2022 The photos don't do these pieces justice. So bright and quirky ... really lovely work. The kids in our latest clay class were inspiring - really thinking and trying out creative possibilities. We gave them a few ideas and a little instruction and they ran with it and put their personal stamp all over the work. Love it! Worth the ridiculously late night watching the new kiln and in between kiln checking - dreaming of fires

15.01.2022 Kiln heating up beside my studio in my little back yard. 580 degrees now ....about the half way mark! Of course it looks like rain - Murphy's law. Maybe if I fire the kiln more often the drought relief will come. We wish! Brett Layton, Frosty, Pete Derome and Tony Lloyd-Jones - all to thank for making these studio and kiln dreams come true. I am sooooo grateful.
