19.01.2022 Have you met Sapien , our resident DJ. Sapien provides us with a beautiful live DJ set for most of our workshops. Exploring Ambient, psybient, bass, and dub music with spiritual sounds. Jo Leonidas and Sapien are a married duo, that spend a lot of time planning a journey between music and yoga as well as working intuitively together, to help you move through different energy levels, allowing stuck emotions to surface and release. When not working with Soul Motion, Sapien has his own project Deep, every 1st (that’s this weekend) and 3rd Saturday of each month at Radio Bar, 357 Brunswick st in Fitzroy. Show casing the slower, deeper side of electronic music from bass music to techno.

She immediately fell in love with the harmony of breath and movement that transformed her entire way of living and loving life. Inspired by her connection to Mother Nature and passion for wholehearted living, each of her classes is an invitation to endlessly explore your depth and boundaries, using intuitive movements, breath work and sacred mantra. Celebrating a special friendship with Soul Motion, Anika is beyond excited to co-teach and hold space for your transformation and rebirth to take place - a journey for each of us to come back home to the Truth within. 08.01.2022 We had such a magical time incorporating seasonal elements into our last workshop. It gave us a lot of creative outlets, to play and explore the connection between sound, and the other senses. And now we can’t imagine not incorporating the Elements and the Seasons. We are already planning our next Winter themed workshop for early July. Really excited to announce who we’ll be hosting this workshop with. So stay tuned for dates, times and other details.
