17.01.2022 The Strength Games The team is super excited to launch our new 12 Week Challenge starting week of the 27th July we will be testing relative strength on 3 Lifts - 1. Back Squat, 2. Deadlift, 3. Bench Press. Records are going to fall across the board looking forward to every client getting involved in the challenge and getting stronger. Prizes for all categories of % based winners, Overall strength winners & most improved members. We will be doing workshops on these lifts to launch the challenge & welcoming back our studio classes to compliment the challenge! Comment below if your in :)
