13.01.2022 Today's class was about being aware of our bodies when they talk to us. Not only physical but also the mental notes it communicates. In Yoga we listen as not to go further than we can in our poses. We are all unique. We all have different issues with our bodies so by bringing awareness to our bodies we have a better chance at treating it with kindness and compassion. We become grateful for our bodies and what they have done for us so far. So as of today let's see if their is a way we can treat ourselves better. Be it nourishing food, drink more water or maybe say something positive to ourselves. Look after yourself you beautiful soul.

12.01.2022 Soul Pods Yoga will be resuming classes at its new venue Kearsley Hall on Wednesday 20th January at 9.30am. Also a new class on Thursday evening at 6pm. Friday morning class is still on at 7.30am. Look forward to seeing my regular Soul Pods and am excited to meet some new. Namaste.

05.01.2022 My first thought of loving yoga was when I was a bout 6 years old and the beautiful Indian lady Swami had a short show on the ABC on a Saturday morning. I walked around for days with a tiny round black sticker on my 3rd eye Region. Forgot about it for many years was introduced by Geri Halliwell again in my forties. Did the odd class between work and life. And then a light was truly switched on when turned 50. Today I've just turned 53 and this is my first day of being able to... share my love and passion for this wonderful thing called Yoga. Was I guided definitely and everytime I fell off my path I was nudged back. Why. I think when one wants to do something positive for mankind the universe totally wants to promote this. Yoga is life changing and can help people in all areas of their lives. Inner lights are switched on and the universe smiles with encouragement. In today's world especially it is needed desperately. Feeling blessed today and hoping my light will be seen. See more
