06.01.2022 L E M O N I love my Lemon essential oil! So many uses and the good thing is the doTERRA Lemon oil is food grade which means you always have lemon on hand in the kitchen too! You only need a couple of drops in your hummus or guacamole; less is more because the oil is so pure. Also if you want to try it in your morning water, put one drop in a tall glass made of glass (say no to plastic because essential oils will eat away at the plastic). Always remember kids need extra dilution too.

05.01.2022 It has been almost 3 weeks since I had a total Thyroidectomy. My thyroid, some lymph-nodes and a large large multi nodular goiter were removed surgically. This photo montage shows the progress of my scar over the last couple of weeks. I got my stitches out on 6 Nov and have been putting a blend of essential oils on it at least three times a day since then to support the rejuvenation of my skin. I have made myself up a roller bottle using my doTERRA oils that includes a mix of... Frankincense (helps rejuvenate the skin plus promotes cellular health and a strong immune system), Helichrysum (helps skin recover quickly) and fractionated coconut oil. The coconut oils acts as a carrier oil to dilute the essential oils to reduce the chance of sensitivity plus allows the oil to spread further. All I can say is wow, how incredible are these essential oils! In the coming weeks I will be writing a much more in-depth blog about my journey so far and other things I have been doing which have been supporting me immensely!
