09.01.2022 I have appreciated the benefits of Zoom Yoga and the way us humans manage to adapt as best as we can, individually and as a collective. Whether we agree or dis...agree with what is happening in the world around us, we are here sharing opinions, stories and experiences and for that I am also grateful. I am pleased to announce that ‘in person Yoga classes’ are possible with a few additions to the ‘rules’: - Four Square metre distance - Four People only in each class - Please bring your own Yoga Matt’s and props if you have any. - Sign in and wash your hands upon arrival None the less we will finally be able to feel the togetherness and connection with our bodies and each other in an intimate Yoga Setting! 07.01.2022 It breaks my heart to say goodbye to a dream come true! Too soon to end.
