20.01.2022 Self care / checking in with yourself... When I follow the morning routine of creating space to ground, connect, and check in with myself; the flow of my energy and the day completely shifts for the better. I end up feeling much more centred, present, aware, and ready to flow into whatever the day brings. With changes to my life flow, I’d completely dropped the ball on this lately; and I noticed it affecting every part of my world. Instead of feeling grounded and in the flow,... I felt like I was chasing my tail, unsettled, and overwhelmed. Instead of beating myself up for dropping the ball, today I created a new routine- one that works for me and fits in with life’s stuff and things. It’s a nice reminder that prioritising selfcare is a must, and remembering that It doesn’t have to be a huge time commitment or a chore. It can be as simple as taking 5 minutes to put your feet on the ground, flow through a self check in, gratitude, and set an intention for the day. Be kind to yourself
