25.01.2022 I specialise in counselling Youth and Women, in areas such as depression, eating disorders, anxiety, low self esteem, social isolation, Stress disorders, etc. I have been counselling clients for 6 years, spent two years working with disconnected youth and have a Diploma in counselling and group work. I counsel clients in re-training of the mind, re-instating self worth and empowering them to make good life choices to make a better future.
