21.05.2022 Full Moon Blessings I hope you have had a chance to spy the moon this evening. What a magnificent sight to behold! Truly breathtaking! I have missed connecting with you all and apologise for my absence. The heightened intensity and pressures of my day job in light of the current situation have plateaued for now. Although still ever present, there is a calm and steadiness that is a welcome shift in energy from the previous weeks.... I have been wanting to share a short sound bath with you all and what better time than under this auspicious moon. It was rising as I was recording this for you earlier. It’s beautiful presence felt within the sound Please enjoy at anytime you feel drawn to soak up the sounds or at moment to just need to be for 15 minutes. It’s my gift to you. 12.05.2022 Hello to you all, Fiona from Align with the Divine and I want to thank you all for your ongoing support of our retreats. We absolutely love having you along! It’s always a joy to share these beautiful afternoons with you Due to current circumstances, we are going to postpone this event until Saturday the 16th of May and we hope you can join us then (community situation dependant). Obviously the health and well being of you all is our highest priority. We look forward to we...lcoming you once more to this special event again as soon as is possible. These are uncertain times and we all need to look after each other. We are all in this together! As the months roll on self care will be vitally important and as such I am going to extend my session specials until the end August 2020. Due to the wonder of technology I am able to provide sound healing sessions for a group or individual via live stream video link. And not many people know reiki can be provided from a distance also. So please don’t hesitate to ask or get in touch with me to discuss further. I am more than happy work with you to provide you with what you need from afar. 06.04.2022 Welcome to beautiful Autumn... A time of year I adore for many reasons. From cool nights to warm sunny days, shifting from a summer dress to my favourite cardigan, making my first pumpkin soup of the year or the changing vibrant hues of the trees and landscapes. It is all like a big warm cosy hug that is familiar and reassuring. It's also a time to welcome a slightly slower pace after a very active summer and take some time for yourself. Self care is so important for all ...of us and our overall well being because as the saying goes you can't fill anyone else cup if your own is empty. I too forget this and get caught up in the madness of life and can find myself depleted especially at this time of the year. Autumn is often a time I find myself reflecting on this as I spend a little more time in my home, get some decent sleep and recognise that I was a feeling weary in my bones after making that time for rest and self care. If you too are feeling weary in your bones reiki and/or a sound healing healing session might be the thing your being is yearning for. Even one session can make a big difference to the way you feel overall. A reminder I have a special on session prices until Easter which can be found in the post pinned at the top of this page. I also am co-hosting another min-retreat on the 4th of April in Healesville with Fiona from Align with the Divine. 04.03.2022 It was a magical and peaceful afternoon in Healesville yesterday with the beautiful cleansing rain and bird song adding to the soothing vibe of the day! Much love and gratitude to all the wonderful people who took time out of their crazy busy schedules to join us for some self care and reflection. We can’t wait to see you again soon!
