22.01.2022 Exiting news. From Monday 6th July STY will be fully open with our new Winter timetable. All memberships and class passes will automatically be re- activated on this date. All you need to do is turn up. The new timetable can be found on our website. We just cant wait to see you again in the hot room.

20.01.2022 Sorry to be saying goodbye to Josh who is moving on to bigger and better things in Queensland. Josh took his first class in November 2016 and 344 classes later, 515 hours in the hot room and 28kgs lighter he has been the most inspirational student. Good luck Josh we will miss you

19.01.2022 With many of us waiting for our COVID test results Katie and I feel it best to keep the studio closed for the next 3 days. At this stage we plan to be open again on Monday 21st with the scheduled classes. We will keep you updated. Stay healthy.

We also know many of you are keen to return to the hot room but Katie and I must do the right thing and keep our community safe and therefore the studio will have to remain closed until 27th at present. As the situation changes daily we are hopeful that we can welcome you back soon. We will be updating you daily so in the meantime keep the faith .Stay safe ,stay healthy ,stay happy.

13.01.2022 An Update from Soul Tiger Yoga. You may have heard that we have reopened our studio this weekend and are wondering how to book classes. At present we are restricted to 20 people per class and it is not feasible just yet to press the GO button and reactivate everyones memberships and passses that are currently suspended. So in the interim period we are running 3 classes a day with a first come first in basis. You can buy a drop in class or a pack of 5 classes and you must b...ook yourself into any class online.Alternatively you can contact Martin directly to book your spot. We will keep you updated. Hopefully it will only be a short while before we can run normal classes again with fuller timetable and we will then reactivate all your memberships and passes. So for now if you are exited about getting back into the hot room book a class and please rest assured we have all of the COVID-19 health and safety precautions in place . Katie and I are so grateful for your continued support and we have loved seeing some of you back this weekend .
