22.01.2022 Something that I am soo passionate about is health, especially emotional/mental health. It is just as important as our physical being. I have been very lucky over the years to be mentored by some amazing, knowledgeable therapist. Experiences & holistic work I will keep forever. Bringing new life into the world and also the final stages of life all being assisted with Reflexology and Massage is as special as it gets to me within my work. Bringing the body into a state of c...almness and homeostasis, where it can begin to heal is what Soul to Sole is all about. Today I had the pleasure of treating a special little person a dear family close to my heart ready to welcome another new member of their family very soon. Both mum and daughter received Reflexology Treatment, was relaxation central this morning ( especially with this heavenly rain admits the cool breeze) *Cue, best massage weather ever Our little beings are as important as anyone else, absorbing energy, receiving information, producing new cells, growing etc at an astonishing rate DAILY! No wonder they get frustrated, confused, emotional and tired/ exhausted. Just like us they need a reset button sometimes. Was my pleasure, enjoy this restful time. @soultosole_womenswellness

08.01.2022 Hello Wednesday & Hello to 2021, After having such an amazing break and refresh I am ready more than ever to give my love through my hands to all Women's Wellness beautiful clients. (Im trying my best to be less professionally awkward infront of the camera, especially after being relaxed, giving 3x 90min treatments before this video) give me a quiet room full of crystals and candles anyday, everyday .... Something I did forget to mention is the importance of drinking plenty of water before and after a treatment. Cleansing is key! Also giving yourself time and space to relax and restore after such treatment, eg try not to rush back into work or have a full energetic day planned the same day x
