Lunch: Mushrooms, Kale, Cauliflower, Roast Potatoes, Brussels, Sweetcorn, Broccoli, Tomato, Capsicum, Veganaise, Mustard Post run Dinner: Jackfruit & Veggie Red Curry with brown rice... 22.01.2022 Breakfast! Intermittent fasting and breaking your fast with fruit are 2 of the easiest things you can do for your health. Our digestive system has 3 main stages appropriation (taking in food), assimilation (processing the food), and elimination (detoxifying or getting rid of what’s not needed). As soon as we eat in the morning we stop the elimination phase and re-start appropriation, all well and good if we have cleaned out the body well enough, but if we don’t give the body... enough time to detox and eliminate we back up shit (literally) and toxins in our body. Finishing eating before 8pm and stretching it out in the morning helps. Breaking your fast with fruit is super hydrating for the system. Pictured is a favourite grapefruit and watermelon. Grapefruit moves lymph in the body and is a general top cleanser and watermelon supports the kidneys as they filter out the lymph. See more
