21.01.2022 Just a few things that you can choose from when you shop at Soul Warmers cafe & Food Co-Op on Thursday mornings. We also have fresh fruit, Vegies and breads available. We have NO joining fee, great value for money, awesome company and free barista coffee, brunch and we are fully air conditioned!

21.01.2022 Good evening Soul Warmers :-) ***We are OPEN Tomorrow, 2nd April!*** Please be reassured that we are taking extreme precautions to keep everybody protected from the virus.... Social distancing and personal hygiene is of top priority for us during this challenging time. For EVERYBODY that shops with us this week we ask that you follow the following requests and strict guidelines. We will have an usher directing the flow of traffic and monitoring your co-operation during the day. 1. To minimise points of contact coming in and out of the store and to speed up the process we request that as many who are able to park their cars out the rear car park. You will then walk along the alley way to the front door for entry. Following your shop we will assist you out the back door to the rear car park. 2. You agree to stay home if you're displaying any flu like symptoms, or feeling unwell in any way. Perhaps ask a family member or friend to shop for you. 3. There will be no waiting inside the building at all. 4. You will agree to wait outside, on marked spaces along the footpath 1.5m apart. 5. Hand sanitiser will be provided for use upon entry to the store. 6. Our shop layout and size of the indoor space allows for a well spaced and smooth transfer of people through the pantry, cold section, and check out. There will be a maximum of 3 families shopping at any one time. This may be reduced at short notice if required. A family consist of maximum 2 people. We look forward to seeing you this week and thank you for your co-operation. If you're new with us this week, just see Sally at the front door and she'll show you how to get started, and point you to our free cafe and famous barista made coffee!

No other items including other poultry purchased on 28 May or other dates has been effected. If you have purchased chicken thighs last week only dispose of them and we will provide you with a full refund of this purchase.

07.01.2022 Hello Soul Warmers Community Re: From this Thursday 19th March. As you are all aware, we are in the midst of a serious global health challenge. ... We would like to remind you that you are all very precious to us, wether you’re a volunteer, client or even both. It is with this in mind that we have been in discussions as to what we can do as an organisation to help keep everyone well and to minimise the spread of the virus. From this Thursday we have decided to close the cafe side of Soul Warmers and to open only for shopping. We came to this decision as it seems like a logical first step to help keep an acceptable social distance between people and to avoid contamination of our prepared and donated cafe food. We know this is a special part of why so many of you come every week, we apologise but hope you understand our reasoning. For those doing a shop, please come as usual and we will direct you through the store like normal, hopefully with minimal delays. Hand sanitiser will be available for use on site and if possible can you please pay by card instead of cash. For those of you that are unwell in any way, we ask that you stay at home and if required arrange for someone else to do a shop for you. Unfortunately we do not offer a delivery service at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation and advise of any further changes if needed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this difficult time.
