22.01.2022 Todays Full Moon Sound Meditation in the South Golden Beach Community Hall was truly special. The birds were singing, the waves were splashing, the sun was shin...ing. In this backdrop the therapeutic Peter Hess Tibetan Sound Bowls and Gong guided us deep and deeper into our inner universe. We were able to release any energetic blockages and realign and connect with our true self. Meditating with therapeutic Tibetan singing Bowls promotes deep relaxation. The parasympathetic nervous system gets activated and cellular healing is promoted. If you are looking to experience the benefits of this wonderful meditation and healing modality, you can join the weekly sound meditation classes every Thursday evening at 5.15pm-6.15pm in the South Golden Beach Community Hall.
