19.01.2022 I've spent the afternoon cleaning and purifying my home after a demonstration this morning showed just how much airborne dust (top photo) and built up dust / dust mites on relatively new mattresses my otherwise clean home appears to have! 13.01.2022 I have heard this story before, and the thinking behind it plays a large part in why I decided to move away from having a health centre / clinic back to working from home and now rebadging myself as the Natural Medicine Woman. Theres more to life than work. Everything needs to be in balance. If your work is causing so much stress as to cause health problems, its time to re-evaluate. Ive seen numerous people that tell me that they cant do anything about their stressful work situation. Well, yes you can. I have, several times. Sometimes it requires big changes, such as down sizing / changing home. Which can be a scary proposition. But its worth it in the end. Dont wait until youve retired. Strive for balance now.

06.01.2022 The outpouring of support for those affected by the bushfires has been one positive outcome from this terrible disaster. I've given what I can; it's been fabulous to see just how generous people (and businesses) have been. Financially, I donate through RAWCS - Rotary Australia World Community Service to ensure 100% of the funds make it to the intended recipient (no admin costs are creamed off!). ... And practically, I'm proud to be a part of the Wellness Advocate Natural Disaster Support group, who have created thousands of emergency kits to distribute to the fireys and those affected by the fires.

03.01.2022 Have you ever seen something that you intended to follow up on, got sidetracked, and when you've finally gone back to it months (or years!) later, wonder why it took you so long? *Two years ago* I saw someone else I know comment that they'd swapped their expensive EFTPOS terminal for Square. Yes, it took me over two years to finally look into it myself - two years of wearing exorbitant merchant fees, just because I didn't take 10 minutes to follow up. Ugh!! 03.01.2022 Wow, I hadn't realised that it has been nearly a full year since posting here! Around that time I had purchased a new domain name (@Natural Medicine Woman) with a view to rebranding / shifting focus away from being a "Centre" to being an individual that is of service. And then life happened, and between the work I was doing anyway and getting settled after so many moves in a short space of time, I've neglected my online channels. But I'm back, finally over my adrenal fatigue, and itching to move forward again. I promise to show up online more regularly again. I'm not sure at what point (if any) I'll completely retire Totally Sound Health in favour of Natural Medicine Woman. Watch this space. :)

02.01.2022 Packing is nearly done, and tomorrow the move to new premises will take place! Any orders that come in from now will not be able to be seen to until Friday. A new EFTPOS terminal (with Paywave!) should be coming in on Friday as well. Exciting times!
