22.01.2022 COVID-19 Update First, yes we are open and providing full services! At Warnbro Sound Physiotherapy, we value our clients and our employees and want to communicate our commitment to their safety and well-being. As an organization, we continued to follow all WHO recommended precautions to aide in preventing any exposure to COVID-19 or other flu viruses to our staff or clients.... Fortunately for everyone, our clients come to us because they are in PAIN and not because they are sick, which makes Warnbro Sound Physiotherapy a safer environment than hospitals and doctors' offices. As part of our standard operating procedures at Warnbro Sound Physiotherapy : 1. All staff or clients that exhibit flu-like symptoms are asked to stay home. 2. All staff will continue to sanitize all tables, chairs, waiting areas, equipment after each patient use. 3. All staff sanitize/wash their hands before and after each patient interaction. We will continue to follow all WHO prevention recommendations and provide updates to our clients as new information arises. All staff or clients that have returned from overseas are asked to self-isolate for 14 days. The best practices you can do as an individual to prevent exposure is to: 1. Avoid contact with sick people. 2. Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth. 3. Stay home when you are sick. 4. Wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds. 5. Cover your nose and mouth when coughing and sneezing. We are confident, and you should be, too, that at Warnbro Sound Physiotherapy we are following the best practices for the prevention of exposure or spread of the flu or COVID-19. We look forward to serving you during this time. All the best! Kate

09.01.2022 Do you suffer from osteoarthritis (OA) of knee, or know someone who does? The Australian Commission have recently developed a decision support tool to help pati...ents suffering from OA of the knee to make informed decisions about their treatment options. The tool uses the latest evidence-based information on non-surgical and surgical management including risks, benefits, side effects and costs. Talk to your #physio about which option, or combination of options, is best for you. #choosephysio #knowyouroptions https://bit.ly/2UkISoT See more
