25.01.2022 Sound Samadhi Kirtan & Sound Healing (26 Dec) is now CANCELLED at Qi Yoga due to Covid restrictions.... It may go on Zoom / Facebook Live - TBA! REFUNDS / TICKET TRANSFERS - Mark O'Brian of Qi Yoga will be taking care of refunding tickets (and/or possibly transferring tickets to next month's Sound Samadhi).

Vocal Toning, Mantra, Movement, Kirtan, Silence and Music will be woven together in this signature class that many previous students have been nourished deeply by. Practising Naada yoga with Geeti & Gyan has opened up so many treasures & is one of my most favourite things to do in my week. This event takes place on 19 Dec, just two days before the summer solstice - so it will be a wonderful opportunity to raise our vibration collectively and help prepare energetically for the 'powering up' of the planet and consciousne...ss in these potently transformational times. This event will be a lovingly crafted weaving of mantra, movement, meditation and sacred music designed to take us on a journey to the Heart, to Oneness and to an inner world of beauty and harmony, in relationship to self, others and the Universe. Geeti & Gyan of Sound Samadhi are happy to announce they are facilitating a sacred song, kirtan and sound healing event south of the bridge on Saturday 21 November at the Leela Centre in Darlinghurst. There are still tickets available - see the link below! Just as with Sound Samadhi events, we will practice according to the Covid Safe guidelines. It will be a wonderful opportunity to come together and co-create a mantra sanctuary as we nourish each other with intenti...on, sound and silence. There will also be scope for movement to live music to help us flow, feel and heal. If you're looking for a ticket, from past experience there can be late cancellations, so it's always worth ringing up and asking reception at Qi Yoga - (02) 99766880 until 4.30pm on Sat. After that we will post another number here. n Sorry if you've missed out this time - we're conscious of honouring the place restrictions placed on studios at t...he moment. It will be held at Be Still and Chill this month (now known as Shanti Space, run by Geeti and Gyan of Sound Samadhi). 06.01.2022 Hello everyone! Hope that you had a peaceful and joyful Christmas wherever you might have found yourself yesterday. Probably quietly if you were up here on the northern beaches! Anyway just wanted to once again let you know that we are sorry that we are unable to gather tonight at Qi yoga and we won't be offering an Online version either. We can't do a facebook version with the group not being able to gather together and we are all a little zoomed out at the moment!... You can however watch some of the replays from previous months if you are feeling the urge to sing and dance around your living rooms tonight though! We wanted to let you know too that @Mark Obrian from Qi yoga said he will REFUND or TRANSFER to another month all the tickets booked for tonight. Qi is currently closed so he is hoping to be able to do this next week! Thank you for your patience! We want to also let you know that on the 31st December (New Years eve) a group of us will be gathering online to offer some Kirtan, songs, poetry as a fundraiser for our friend DarshnaSiva who has breast cancer. So it will be an opportunity to tune into some uplifting and healing vibrations if you are called to join. I will post the details below in comments! So wishing you a beautiful evening tonight wherever you may be and remember all the recordings from the past few months are still available for you to watch on our facebook page! Thank you all for your support in 2020, a year that has been particularly challenging for those of us offering live singing events.... but hoping that 2021 will be a more expansive year! Would be delighted if you could join us! The energies are super potent right now for raising our vibration, and particularly if we come together consciously! I've been practicing Yoga Nidra every day for the last ten years - it's my supertool for recharging, releasing and helping to raise my ...vibration - so looking forward to sharing this amazing practice with others! It will be infused with healing sounds and sacred music and mantra, and there will be a chance to integrate everything and open the heart with a kirtan at the end. As we're working with the Covid singing restrictions (no response singing allowed), we'll be sharing this online only for this month. Join in singing from the comfort of your own home to connect in with yourself, transform anything that needs to move through you and harmonise your vibra...tion and being with the peaceful, healing and uplifting mantras offered.
