11.01.2022 I’m checking out for the next few days as I attend the beginning of a Vipassana meditation course (it’s usually 10 days but I’m only staying from tonight until Monday evening).... I will be in silence for the duration, with many hours of the day dedicated to sitting in meditation.... I’m looking forward to seeing what the experience will bring me!
