11.05.2022 http://www.soundspace3.com/ It shows all the steps to sound proof a timber floor in an appartement, to stop airborne noise (music, TV, talking) and reduce considerably or eliminate impact noise (footsteps) when you have a carpet finish. There is another video showing the way to sound proof the same floor for a timber finish making a floating floor

24.01.2022 Very cost effective way to reduce sound reverberation time (echo) in large rooms such as a dance studio, gymnasium, factory, theatre, pool, auditorium, church, etc... We suspend acoustic polyester baffles from cables fixed on ceiling. Suspended baffles work much better than fixed directly on the ceiling. We try to cover between 80%-100% of the ceiling surface, it makes a huge difference!

21.01.2022 Cost effective way to reduce noise transmission through a common wall by adding 43mm (less than 2 inches) of various acoustic materials. The best way would be a separate acoustic partition wall if we can afford to lose 100mm (4 inches). The system presented here will stop airborne noise like talking, radio and TV very efficiently but will still transmit some impact noise, like kitchen cabinet or door banging.

17.01.2022 http://www.soundspace3.com/ Best sound proofing treatment in suspended ceiling cavity, for offices, hospitals, schools, libraries, recording studios, shops etc... It is usually easier and more efficient than suspending a loaded vinyl from the concrete slab. The sound going through a suspended ceiling is the first thing to assess. If the ceiling is on the top floor, there will be a too large cavity above we'll have to cover the whole ceiling with some acoustic batts and loaded vinyl instead.

16.01.2022 This video will show you the best way to soundproof a concrete ceiling in an apartment, using sound absorbers, sound barriers, visco-elastic membrane or mass loaded vinyl and resilient mounts. It is the most cost effective way to reduce footsteps and airborne noise from a concrete ceiling.

08.01.2022 How can we aesthetically treat noise reverberation (echo) in a room using a combination of acoustic absorbers and stretched fabric system on walls or ceilings.

05.01.2022 How to soundproof a roof for traffic & aircraft noise using loaded vinyl and showing installation step by step. This video is a guide only to understand the procedure, send me an email prior to do the installation yourself regarding risks involved such as electrocution and I'll brief you to prevent this, some people have lost their life doing roof insulation. Both windows and roof should be acoustically treated. Installing a secondary soundproofed windows with an air gap will be much better than double glazing.

02.01.2022 Best way to soundproof a ceiling made of timber joists and plasterboard by filling ceiling cavity with acoustic batts and install a second ceiling fixed on resilient mounts and furring channels. The perception of noise reduction will be around 80% if the finish floor is timber but you'll hear nothing or close to nothing if the floor above is covered with carpet.
