Pancetta, garlic, onion, carrot and celery are caramelized then simmered in chicken stock with cabbage, tomato, GF pasta, cannellini and kidney beans. Served with garlicky basil almond parmesan pesto for an umami flavour kick. A nourishing Italian classic. Pumpkin Miso Soup with Sesame Nori Sprinkle ($9/13/18) Available in 500g, 750g and 1L serves. Tummy-soothing combo of creamy pumpkin, white miso, melting onion, coconut cream and fresh ginger, sprinkled with nutty, toasted nori and sesame powder. Nourishing, vegan goodness with probiotic and circulation-boosting ingredients. Gluten-Free Chocolate Brownies ($7) 6 pieces (150g) in a bag. Available in 500g, 750g and 1L serves. Slow-cooked beef is flavoured with a spice mix including paprika, chilli, celery and coriander seeds, cumin, nutmeg, cardamon and clove. Kidney beans, black beans, tomato, fresh corn kernels and rice make for a very filling dish, brightened by the addition of fresh coriander and lime juice. Served with a side of sour cream. Split peas, fresh veg and smoky ham hock slowly simmered and flavoured with fresh herbs, black pepper and bay leaves. Smooth and nourishing, studded with hammy goodness. Gentle Lentil Dhal with Steamed Rice, Yoghurt and Chutney ($9/13/18). Available in 500g, 750g and 1L containers. Lentils are slow-cooked with onion, toasted fennel, cumin and mustard seeds.
