20.01.2022 Peoyn - GALBI. Unlike American and European style ribs, Korean style short ribs are cut lengthwise across the rib bones. Perfect butterfly & scoring is where our chefs comes in and do the magic.... Diamond cutting doesn't only allow excess fat to drain, performs at extreme tenderness, also allow meat to absorb marinade easily. Up marinade game with beautiful GALBI marinade made, by chef Ji, from scratch. This soy-garlic base marinade has its natural sweetness comes from pear, apple, kiwi, pineapple, and but of ginger that blossoms in perfect harmony also helps meat to tender down to its perfect condition to be grilled. I say, it will just melt away in your mouth.
