Starting with just a couple of short evening shifts and a few hours over the weekends, because we want to offer some training and experience now before the next school holidays. We are super proud of our young local staff and would love to help someone else to get started in their working life. 10.01.2022 UPDATE: Source Kitchen will continue with the same menu and opening hours in October and November - 7 Days a week for lunch and dinner, plus breakfast all weekend ~ School Holiday Menu ~... Source Kitchen is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. Plus, we're up early on weekends to cook for breakfast. We offer our full menu for dine-in or take away any time of day and we are > fully BYO only < (we don't have a license to sell alcohol). If you're already familiar with our menu, not much has changed. Our fairly famous burgers are still there with a couple of seasonal changes. We have pizzas available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights and a few little things for breakfasty/lunch-ish bits. We've gone to great lengths to make sure that we only use the very best products, and hunted high and low for this locally sourced, environmentally responsible and heal...thier cooking oil. We actually had to make special arrangements with our suppliers so that we could even get it. In fact, we're now the first restaurant in the South West using this cooking oil to So you can see, it's not just a few tomatoes and a couple of herbs, picked from a raised garden bed.
