02.01.2022 Classes are temporary suspended, a tough decision but I’m looking to upload a free Yin class online soon. All you will need is some pillows your mat and blanket, and make yourself a herbal tea! I’ll miss our cosy tea and yin class gatherings, and continuing your yoga practise is so important right now, to relieve stress and support your immune system. It’s important during these crazy times to stay grounded, we are so lucky to live in such beautiful surrounds, so get outside and connect with nature, look after yourself and others, stay active and I look forward to connecting with you online soon #yoga #meditation #yinyoga
