22.01.2022 In these very different times we are currently living through the feelings of isolation, lack or purpose , fear of illness, job loss and the flow on effects of these issues can seem overwhelming and all in-compassing. So it is important to keep in mind that we will get through this and to look forward to some of the things we may have only weeks ago taken for granted, like meeting up with friends for a coffee, getting together and going for a hike or a run. Having family and friends over for a BBQ, enjoying a weekend away, heading out camping with friends. And all these activities and hundreds more are awaiting us to enjoy when this current health and economic situation is over. So stay positive and look forward to all those fun activities which will be there for us all to enjoy again.
