21.01.2022 In our first season in the NPL2 Youth Boys space, our club has managed to finish fourth in the Club Championship after phase one of the League Championship. It’s fair to say our youth football program is producing a winning culture whilst maintaining a strong focus on development. Matt Borg’s (Club TD) philosophy is to promote our very talented players across our SAP programs into our 13s squad as well as all other squads who boast players regularly playing up. We join Newcastle Jets, Central Coast United, Gladesville Ryde, Sydney University and Rydalmere Lions in Pool 2.1. We look forward to testing ourselves against quality opposition weekly throughout Phase 2.

21.01.2022 Solid way to finish the Supplementary rounds of games following the localisation of games. We now look forward to the next group of official competitive games.

20.01.2022 It was great to see young 18 year old Deakin Southern make his first appearance in First Grade for the club. He has been in the Football South Coast and Flame program since 11 and he is a shining example of players coming through the pathway. Flame has built a strong reputation for giving young players a go and this year alone, the club has debuted five players in the first team.

06.01.2022 South Coast Flame would like to congratulate and thank everyone who has attended and are currently attending our representative trials for the up and coming 2021 season. Across both our junior and senior club, an astonishing 650 players have registered and have been showcasing their ability throughout this month. Our coaches have been extremely impressed with the level of performance and would like to wish everyone all the very best for the new season and to continue to enjoy their football.

06.01.2022 It was a tough day at the office for our Girls Conference League teams. With unprecedented injury and availability right across the club, it was a great opportunity for players to step up into older age groups and get some valuable experience. We especially thank our many GSAP 13's who stepped into the GCL space and many other players across the club. Wishing the Stingrays the best of luck for the rest of their season.

05.01.2022 Flame have a storming second half to overcome finals bound Hawkesbury City FC at Ian McLennan Park tonight. A Sandy Lowcock double and a goal to Daniel Lucas saw Flame come from behind. It was a special night for Preston Ridley who made his starting debut and debuts (off the bench) also to Lincoln Mathias Harwood and Deakin Southern capped a memorable night. It was a great win also for the Under 20's earlier today with Jonathan Mushaba netting the only goal of the game.
