15.01.2022 *** COACHING POSITIONS AVAILABLE *** The SCUSC Committee are now inviting applications for the positions of A & B Team Coaches for the 2021 season. South Coast United Soccer Club, based in Hackham, are the SAASL 2020 Saturday Div.4 Bill Bailey Shield League Champions and are seeking applications from experienced, motivated and progressive coaches who can help us take our Club to the next level.... With a 38 year history, strong membership and supporter base, our mission is to provide a safe, healthy, enjoyable and family atmosphere for players, coaches and supporters. 2020 has been a watershed year for South Coast United, with the unveiling of new club branding, colours and club website as well as strong, exciting additions to our playing squads. 14.01.2022 Are you ready..........? The 2020 Presentation & Awards Night is this Saturday night, and we are so excited to share a celebration of what was such a fantastic season with you all. A couple of things for you to know........ Be sure to arrive at the Beachouse (Colley Reserve, Glenelg) no later than 6:45pm. We will kick off proceedings at 7pm sharp. Tables are assigned seating so please look for your table places on arrival (there will be a table list of by the front door). There is a bar available to purchase drinks. We will have a professional photographer on the night to grab some great shots of the evening. Once the formalities are out of the way, there will be a DJ and dancefloor so be sure to bring your dancing shoes. Dress code is cocktail attire - dress to impress! We look forward to seeing you all there!

13.01.2022 With 39 days left to the 2020 Presentation & Awards Night, we cannot wait to celebrate our A Team winning the league this season! Who will win the Andy Wade Medal for A Team Best & Fairest? You will have to find out on the night, but for now.... who would be your pick? Note: There are only 7 reactions in Facebook, hence 7 players are shown - it is not a true reflection on the actual results and designed just to be a little fun!

13.01.2022 On Friday 6 November at 6:30pm we will be starting our Summer Kickabout every Friday night. Come down to the Club and have a game. Our new coach, Trevor Payne, will also be there to start meeting everyone in preparation for pre-season training early in 2021.... We will just pick a couple of teams on the night for whoever is there, get the goals up and have a friendly game to keep the legs ticking over in the off-season. If any of your mates are interested in coming down to South Coast United next season, this is a great opportunity for them to come down and meet everyone too! After the game the bar will be open for those who fancy staying for a drink. See you there!

10.01.2022 We are looking forward to seeing you all down at the club for another kick around tonight from 6:30pm. Last week was excellent, with 22 lads out there enjoying themselves. Don't forget the 2020 AGM is tomorrow morning at 10am at Hackham Sports & Community Club - All are welcome!... 09.01.2022 ** 2020 AGM & 2021 COMMITTEE NOMINATIONS ** The South Coast United Annual General Meeting for 2020 will be held at Hackham Sports & Community Centre at 10am on Saturday 14 November. The Club wishes to extend an open invitation to all Club members, players, sponsors, supporters and Life Members to this meeting, during which we will discuss the progress we have made this season, as well as outline some plans and strategies for the future.... This is an open forum and the committee welcomes any questions or comments on the day. After the meeting there will be a friendly game of football for anyone interested in joining in. The Club also welcomes nominations for the 2021 SCUSC Committee. All executive committee roles as well as general committee roles are available for nomination this year and we would highly encourage anyone who is interested in bringing more success to our Club to nominate and join us. Due to the pitch being unavailable there will be no game played afterwards, but this meeting is going to be a great insight for all of our members, players, supporters and life members into how we went as a club this year, as well as plans for the future. Come along and we look forward to seeing you there!...

04.01.2022 *** COACHING ANNOUNCEMENT - 2021 SEASON *** The SCUSC Committee are delighted to announce the appointment of our coaching team for 2021. After receiving several high calibre applications, Trevor Payne has been appointed A Team coach and brings vast experience and fresh ideas to our Club.... Trevor hails from Yorkshire in the UK, and played academy football at Bradford City FC before moving into coaching, both at junior and senior level. During his time in the game, he has worked under high profile coaches such as Terry Yorath and Sir Bobby Robson, and we feel his vast experience will help propel us forward even further after making such fantastic strides this season. After training his daughter in athletics to reach the national level after moving to Australia, he feels the time is right to return to the game he loves and we are delighted he has chosen South Coast United for this return. Paul McCreery has been been appointed to the position of B Team coach and will be assisted by Shane Allison. Both Paul and Shane are long serving members of our great Club and are excited about working together with Trevor to deliver results in 2021 as we chase the league title in both grades. Paul and Shane have excellent relationships within South Coast United and are excited by the fresh approach Trevor will bring, along with their ability to develop further under him. These appointments, made so quickly after the season has ended, continue to show that South Coast United are progressing in the right direction and we are very excited by what our future holds. Pre-season will start in early January 2021 (date TBA). Up the Coast!!
