14.01.2022 Shana Tova everyone! Rosh Hashanah The Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashanah actually means Head of the Year. Just like the head controls the body, our actions on Rosh Hashanah have a tremendous impact on the rest of the year. Rosh Hashanah is the celebration of the Jewish New Year. It is the first of what we call the High Holidays (or High Holy Days), a ten-day period that ends with Yom Kippur - the holiest day of the Jewish year. On Rosh Hashanah, Jewish people from all over... the world celebrate God's creation of the world. What foods do we eat: - Apples dipped in honey. Apples dipped in honey are almost synonymous with Rosh Hashanah - New Fruit - Challah - Honey Cake - Fish - Couscous with seven vegetables - Leeks, chard or spinach - Dates

Big shoutout to our wonderful sport coach Nick for conducting a great lesson with our kids today!

With your help and assistance we were able to provide the best possible care for our children. We had a difficult year but we overcame lots of obstacles together. We were been happy to see you all participating in our Christmas program today. We would like to wish you a Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah and Happy New Year!!!

04.01.2022 Our new educational toy bamboo construct and roll. We were exploring how to roll different sized balls made of different materials and watched them roll down with different speed. This is an amazing activity for kids to set up the bamboo rails in the way which they like and then experiment with the balls!
