14.01.2022 To our valued clients, We understand things are constantly changing lately but for now we are still going ahead as we are an essential business. We are a disability service as well so we are constantly getting updates from the NDIS and government in what we need to do and what measures we need to take to protect our clients and ourselves. So please don’t take offence as we keep social distancing and our protective gear whilst in your home. ... We are taking this matter very serious and we need to protect everyone around us. As always if you or a family member is sick please let us know and if anyone in our community is needing any help in regards to shopping or anything else that we could assist with please reach out and we are happy to help. 13.01.2022 We are aware of the concerns surrounding the Coronavirus outbreak and we would like to advise all our clients that our business is keeping up with the current information provided by the government and health department. At this stage we will be continuing business as normal and will be in contact with any changes as they come to us. We would like to reassure you that our hygiene quality is always at high quality and staff are at high vigilance surrounding their own hygiene... and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our clients. As part of our procedure all precautions will be in place to keep our clients, our staff and your homes safe from any infections. No staff will be working if they are unwell, and we would appreciate if you or any other members of your household are unwell or have been travelling overseas that you would advise us.
